Roero, Piedmont
Roero is characterized by the Rocche, craggy mountain peaks that cut the territory dividing the continental gravel and fluvial clay soils from those of marine origin, providing ideal vine-growing conditions.
After fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes a short period of aging in the bottle, giving it greater structure.
Alcohol: 12%
TASTING NOTES:
This wine has a medium straw color and a fresh bouquet rich in green flowers, apple, and delicate notes of sage. The mouth is fresh with a unique aftertaste of bitter almond.
