Julia Zuccardi, SANTA JULIA Mendoza, Argentina
Julia Zuccardi, 3rd generation of the Zuccardi family, is not only the name behind Santa Julia winery but is also Head of Hospitality for both the Santa Julia and Zuccardi winery. Julia and her family believe sustainability stretches into many more aspects than just winemaking, offering daycare and classes to their employees and their families. Santa Julia is the number one organic producer in Argentina as well as the first to receive a “Fair Trade certification.

Katie Lee Biegel, KIND OF WILD WINES , GLOBAL BRAND
Co-Founder, Katie Lee Biegel is a celebrity chef, best-selling author and award-winning television personality. She is currently co-host of Food Network’s Emmy-nominated talk show The Kitchen and host of Cooking Channel’s Beach Bites with Katie Lee. Katie quickly became an integral part of the Kind of Wild team, lending her unique culinary perspective, captivating personality, and inspiring creativity.

NADINE GUBLIN, PROSPER MAUFOUX, Burgundy France
Oenologist Gublin was awarded Winemaker of the Year by leading French wine magazine, La Revue du Vin de France. She was the first woman to receive the recognition, an honor since Burgundy is one of the most traditional and still very male-dominated wine regions.

URSULA MÜLLER, G.A. SCHNEIDER WINERY Rheinhessen, Germany
Ursula runs her family winery together with husband Steffen Müller, winemaker. Her belief is to focus and work in the vineyards, grapes and soil – on the future of the land, as you can’t be ninth generation winemaking without taking very good care of your land and environment.

ANNE EIFEL, HEINZ EIFEL WINERY Mosel & Rheinhessen, Germany
Anne oversees the full operational and strategic direction of the Wine Estate Eifel‑Pfeiffer, bringing together tradition, innovation, and a strong commitment to quality. She is responsible for the estate’s vineyard management, sustainable cultivation practices, and the long‑term development of the winery.

SOFIA CANIZARES, BODEGAS VOLVER La Mancha/Alicante/ Valencia/Jumilla/ Almansa, Spain
Sofia Cañizares emerges as a dynamic next‑generation voice in Spanish winemaking, building on the legacy of her father’s deeply rooted philosophy. Her approach is shaped by a commitment to diversity, uniqueness, and tradition. As an Oenologist at Bodegas Volver, she champions quality fruit and minimal intervention, ensuring that each wine expresses purity of terroir and the natural character of the vineyards across La Mancha, Alicante, Valencia, Jumilla, and Almansa.

SOPHIA BERGQVIST, QUINTA DE LA ROSA Douro, Portugal
Sophia Bergqvist is third generation to run her family’s estate. Throughout the 1990s, she was responsible for building a network of importers across the globe providing a solid, dependable market and La Quinta’s table wine production and creating a strong brand internationally.

ANNA REMOND, OTU Estate Marlborough, New Zealand
Originally from rural Canterbury, Anna is a passionate winemaker. A winemaker for 15 years for one of New Zealand’s largest wineries, Anna headed up the white wine making program, and worked vintages in the French regions of Sancerre and Burgundy. As a mentor for the Women in Wine Program, Anna also supports women to develop their Winemaking careers and reach their full potential in Marlborough, here in New Zealand – and continues to forge a leadership path for women in winemaking overall.
