Polígonos of the Uco Valley is a selection that expresses the particular characteristics of different terroirs within the Valley. These are wines from a selection of vineyards that account for the differences in altitude, soil and climate that currently characterize the sub-regions of San Pablo, Paraje Altamira and Tupungato.
VINIFICATION
Vinified with direct pressing. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete pools and has aging without malolactic fermentation in concrete.

TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Greenish hue.
AROMA: On the nose somewhat austere. With freshness and some lemon-style citrus.
FLAVOR: Well-rounded acidity, some citrus such as lemon and lime, fresh.
