Our Tiamo Organic Pinot Grigio comes from organically farmed vineyard on the southern Italian island of Sicily. The soils are high in limestone and sand and the vines located on hillsides with good exposure to the sun. After gentle pressing of the grapes and clarification of the must, fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats for 15 days after which the wine is carefully stored until ready for bottling in the early spring.\
