In the last twenty years Santa Julia has been a protagonist in the transformation of Argentina’s wine industry. This new phase of its evolution is the result of a constant search for improvement that characterizes our winemaking team. For several years, our team has been working on realizing the potential of the Uco Valley, expressed now in the range of Santa Julia Reserva wines.
VINIFICATION
Direct press, previous stripping and then 30% fermented in French oak barrels and 70% fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Storage for 6 months on fine lees with weekly batonnage. No malolactic fermentation.
GRAPE COMPOSITION: 100% Chardonnay

TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Bright greenish yellow
AROMA: White fruits, apples and tropical fruits combined with own notes maturing in barrels as vanilla and coconut.
FLAVOR: Cream entry, balanced acidity and good volume.
