VINIFICATION
In stainless steel tanks, with selected dry yeast at 15-18 C. Skin maceration for 10 days.

TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Intense red ruby color.
AROMA: Nice fruit aromas of red and black fruits such as cassis, black cherries and spices like black pepper and sweet pepper.
FLAVOR: Medium-bodied, well-balanced wine with soft tannins and a long finish.
