VINIFICATION

Classic fermentation with a cold pre-fermentation during 5 days with selected yeast between 25-27 degrees celsius. Skin maceration for 15 days with daily pigeage and delestage. Malolactic fermentation completed on tanks.

GRAPE COMPOSITION: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Malbec, 10% Syrah

TASTING NOTES

COLOR: Deep red violet with blue hues
AROMA: Black and red fruits (cherry and plum) mixed with vanilla, tobacco and chocolate.
FLAVOR: Silky entry with soft and balanced tannins mixed with black fruits flavors. Well balanced, great and long finish.
