El Burro Santa Julia is the first Organic and Natural wine from Bodega Santa Julia and reflects our mission to develop wines in an organic and sustainable way, coexisting with the environment instead of attacking it. It represents the maximum expression of the variety and its surroundings. Allowing us to enjoy its potential in a more natural way.
VINIFICATION
Natural Wines are those that have the minimum possible intervention of man. Sulphites are not added. Natural yeasts are used, and the wine is bottled unfiltered.

TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Deep red color with violet hues.
AROMA Typical aromas of Malbec. Fresh fruit and a hint of plums and cherries.
FLAVOR: Great body and structure. Deep in mouth. Pleasant finish with a taste of plums jam.
