Maceration and fermentation with selected yeasts. Cold fermentation.
TASTING NOTES:
Color: Greenish yellow of medium intensity.
Aroma: The main aromatic notes of this wine are white peach, apricot, fresh herbs and some citrus notes such as lemon and grapefruit.
Flavor: Sweet entry, citric notes, a good balance between acidity and natural sugar is distinguished. It is precisely the natural sugar that gives it softness and a final lacquer.
