The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Musque Clone. 90% is from Great Oaks Vineyard which is just outside of Los Olivos in the middle of the Santa Ynez Valley. 10% is from McGinley Vineyard which is in Happy Canyon in the NE corner of the Santa Ynez Valley Appellation. The Musque Clone is extremely aromatic with tropical fruits and citrus blossoms.

Bruce McGuire selects his favorite lots between four different vineyards to create the 2019 Sauvignon Blanc. Bruce looks towards the Eastern edge of the Santa Ynez Valley, and its warmer weather, to create this aromatic wine from 100% Musque clone. The time spent in neutral oak adds texture and body to the bright crisp fruit. The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc shines pale straw. Aromas of granny smith apple, zesty lime and honeysuckle jump out of the glass. Fully ripe lemon and pineapple overlap well-developed minerality. Light and crisp.
