Winemaker’s Notes: The grapes are trellised in the traditional Gobelet style. The grapes are harvested manually, in whole
bunches, and destemmed prior to crushing. Semi-carbonic maceration takes place, and fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
