VINIFICATION: Classic vinification with sowing of selected yeasts from our vineyards and maceration for 10 days.

TASTING NOTES:
COLOR: Ruby red with purple reflections.
AROMA: Nose reminiscent of fresh red fruits such as cherries, strawberries and blackberries, to which subtle spicy notes are added.
