REGION: Vin de France (grapes sourced from the south of France around St Chinian)
VARIETALS: Cinsault & Merlot
WINEMAKING: Grapes are harvested relatively early to produce a lighter and fresher wine. Gentle destemming and crushing to minimize harsh tannins. Cold maceration for one day to extract color and aroma while keeping the wine light and juicy.
Fermentation at cool temperatures (18–22°C) using stainless steel tanks to maintain bright fruit flavors. Aged in stainless steel to emphasize freshness. This process results in a fruity, light-bodied, and easy-drinking red with lively acidity.
WINEMAKER’S NOTES: Perfect for chilling slightly (55°F), this wine pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables, charcuterie, or light Mediterranean dishes.
