Made from 6 different varieties of apples from the southern facing slopes of Mount Pinnacle in southern Quebec, it takes over 80 frozen apples to make a single bottle of Domaine Pinnacle Ice Apple Wine.  The result is a concentrated dessert wine that exudes flavors and aromas of fresh apples, caramel, cinnamon, apricots and honey.  It is perfect as a digestif or with a variety or desserts as well as with sharp cheeses and foie gras.  Try adding it to your cocktail creations for a fresh apple twist.  Serve well chilled (42F).

It's soft on the attack and displays a layered palate of toffee, shortbread pastry, and caramelized apple. It has a very long finish. Superb."

I think sometimes people who are from Quebec perhaps don't realize that this is a world-class product. This is a product that you could put on the table of a very sophisticated restaurant in Singapore or in New York or Los Angeles, people would say 'Oh my God this is good!"

Vibrant aromas of baked red apples and delicate caramel and spice follow through on a round, supple entry to a fruity, tangy sweet and sour medium-to-full body with earthy leafy notes and a honeyed apple cider, clove, sea water, and limestone forest floor accented fade. Nice dimensionality and balance."

Aromas of apple skins, clove and ginger on the nose transition to flavors of candied apple, white grape and honeyed apricot in the sticky, viscous mouth. Long and lingering on the finish."
