Then tactile and dry but juicy, with exotic inner-mouth perfume and noteworthy lift. Good broad, chewy torrontes with firm acidity and plenty of personality."
Serie A Torrontes (Salta) 2009

The Serie A line of wines from Familia Zuccardi represents the best varietals from the best regions and sites. This Torrontes represents the first wine produced outside the province of Mendoza.  It is made from a 35 year-old Torrontes vineyard in Salta that produced a wine of an intense yellow-green color with a delicate nose of white flowers, such as rose and citrus blossom as well as notes of mature white fruits and citrus zest. It is well structured, with lively acidity, centered on aromatic intensity and a delicate finish.  This wine is ideal as an aperitif and a perfect match with Asian food, fish dishes and fresh salads.
