This wine is brilliant with a beautiful pale yellow color and green glints. The nose shows intense aromas of citrus fruits, grapefruit and lemon zest with hints of boxwood flowers. The mouth is very round and flattering with a superbly fresh and acidic finish, still powerfully aromatic.

Medium in weight, with citrusy acidity, pithy grapefruit and lime flavors. Tangy but calm on the finish, with a final does of citrus pith."

Araucano Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Sauvignon is the Lurton brothers’ great specialty and a variety that is thriving at the Hacienda, thanks to its proximity to the sea. This wine exudes great aromatic intensity showing tropical fruits, passion fruit, mango, and subtle floral notes that enhance the wine’s complexity. The mouth is very clean, well-balanced and long, with a powerful aromatic finish.

Araucano Sauvignon Blanc 2010

The wine is brilliant with a beautiful pale yellow color and green glints. Fresh and quite intense aromas of lychee, lime, and maracuya (a Chilean tropical fruit). A quite vivid wine, with a nice presence on the palate, much volume and a wonderful acidic final revival. A great dish for this wine is scallop with a maracuya and lime sauce.
