Our 2009 Sauvignon Blanc “Cuvee Jeanne” is beautifully balanced and aromatic with suggestions of passion fruit and grapefruit. The palate is crisp and dry but not too acidic with a good depth of flavor. The wine is perfect as an aperitif or with chicken, fish or creamy pasta dishes.

Tortoise Creek Sauvignon Blanc has a pale, bright yellow color, with a very intense nose. It expresses all the flavors of Sauvignon Blanc, mixing together citrus fruit and black currant leaf. This wine will be best as an aperitif or with salads, seafood and softer cheeses.
