Stefan Pratsch, owner and winemaker, is one of the young up and coming winemakers from Austria. His Estate, planted with 100% organically farmed grapes, comprises of 13 single vineyards across 13.5 Hectares. The Biohof produces wines made from Gruner Veltline, Zweigelt and Riesling.
