Michael Hope, owner, has stayed true to his word from the beginning. Hope Estate was founded as 100% Estate Grown, 100% Family Owned, and 100% Authentic. Hope Estate produces Chardonnay, Verdelho, Merlot and Shiraz from the Hunter Valley, as well as one single vineyard Shiraz from Geographe, Western Australia called The Ripper. Every October, Hope Estate releases special pink labels of Shiraz and Chardonnay to raise awareness and to help in the fight to stop breast cancer. Since 2007, Hope Estate and Winesellers, Ltd. have together donated over $200,000 to various breast cancer charities.
