The estate changed hands several times over the centuries, eventually being acquired by The Piffaut Family who has roots in the Burgundian wine world dating back to 1898.

The particularity of the Château is to have a great plot in front of the building, which is very rare in Burgundy, classified as a Saint-Aubin 1er Cru.

Winemaking is carried out with minimum intervention, under the supervision of the distinguished oenologist, Nadine Gublin. Her philosophy is to produce white wines with high level of freshness, energy and tension. The main focus is to allow the terroir to express itself thanks to a little guidance frome the winemaker.
