Salad With Pear, Nuts and Blue Cheese

Santa Julia Organic Chardonnay

Ingredients
2 ½ C. Lettuce
2 Pears
½ C. Walnuts, Coarsely Chopped
1 C. Blue Cheese, Crumbled
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

Method
Wash and clean the salad well and dry. Cut the pears in half and remove the heart, cut into slices and grill with olive oil.

Mix the salad in a bowl with pears, blue cheese and the nuts. Serve with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
