Sirloin Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Olive

2 ¼ Pounds Sirloin Steak
2 Pounds Potatoes
1 C. Heavy Cream
1 ½ C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ C. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Cut the sirloin steak in portions of approximately ½ pounds. Season and cook on the grill until it is well browned on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Wash the potatoes well and cook them in plenty of boiling water. Once tender but without breaking, drain and remove the skin, mix with the heavy cream, the Parmesan cheese and the olive oil, season and reserve. In a dish place the steak and some leaves of sautéed kale and fresh radishes.
